thanks for reply but what's sold at Ralph's and other markets are NOT Minute Steaks. I know what you're referring to but that's different. Minute Steaks are not those paper thin, partially "chopped" steaks-they can be rather thick, usually have a "tendon" running through the center and as I said are very tender, flavorful and broil up in no time,
