Lunch yesterday was excellant, the freshest sushi in Orange County. I saw other customers ordering certain hand rolls that they favored, as opposed to letting Katsu do all the choices. My girlfriend and I, who had been there the day before, gave him a free hand and the total was a little higher, say $50.00 per person, drinking only ice tea. Some goodies, like the blue crab hand roll, I could eat a couple at a time, also the smoked eel and scallops, so I'm thinking to be a little more definitive on ordering next time.
Everything, though, was beyond excellent. An amazing lunch for a strip mall in Tustin!!!
