Flemings serves USDA Prime grade beef, of that there is no doubt. I will agree, however, that their steaks were not overly impressive. As for value, from what I remember, they charge an absurd corking free of $25 which really takes the fun out of taking your own wine. Anything over $15 is burglary in my book.
 
I've been to several fine steakhouses, but I've come to the conclusion that the best are prepared at home on the open flame
