Message: | Any local Los Angeles, Korea Town, recommondations for tofu stew? I just got back from Oakland where I had one of the most delicious tofu dinners at Pyung Chang. I had beef dumpling tofu stew. The dumpling was light and full of delicate flavors. The tender ground beef filling was wonderful. Large pieces of tofu held together with the surface tension of custard and revealed a creamy texture. The rice served along side was cooked to perfection. My friends and I all assumed that we could find as good if not better in Korea Town. I have been to Tofu House on Wilshire and found it to be very bland. Please let me know. |
