My current favorite for dim sum is NBC, down the street on Atlantic. A dish-by-dish analysis may point to other dim sum restaurants. E.g., Ocean Star usually does a better job with its crispy suckling pig than other places. But my recent experiences point to NBC as the current overall choice.
