Message: | Having two very young (14 mos apart) chowpups makes going out to a very nice dinner a rare and near sacred deal for us right now... don't get me wrong, we LOVE our kids and they are usually fantastic at restaurants, but we would never take them to super high end places who have great foie gras but no mac n' cheese kids menu... you know what I mean? So... we scored and have secured great babysitting services for this Sunday and we are going to EAT! My concern is that most of the time when I've been to high end places on a Sunday, it has been the "B" team in the kitchen and the experience can be spotty. Any thoughts on this? Any specific Sunday night places recommended? I really want to take my bride to a flawless or near flawless dinner, preferably French... we are thinking of Patina, Spago, Melisse, Ivy, L'Orangerie, etc... Any thoughts please? Thanks in advance for your great advice!
