Matt and Tony's, formerly in Van Nuys, made the best subs ever when we lived there. They've moved to the northwest valley, on Devonshire, around Canoga (if memory serves),with another store on Reseda (around Nordhoff?) and although under different ownership, the subs are still great. Don't know if they make a cheese steak.
