I love Congee I order it wherever and whenever I can. Mercifully I live on the eastside -- near both chinatown and monterey park. On the westside I have only found one spot (and they only make it on weekend mornings). It's not the best I've ever had but satisfying in it's way, that's the chicken Congee at Royal Star Seafood on Wilshire.
