Speaking of great pho, can anyone recommend a place near(ish) to Beverly & La Cienaga? I used to have the fabulous Menjin near me for those nights when you are so dog tired you A. MUST have pho B. do not have time/energy to go to Koreatown, even tho you feel like a baaaad Chowhound for admitting it.
 
If no one can recommend a top notch spot in my 'hood, I will travel. Whats the closest - Koreatown? And once there, where? (The place I used to frequent in Koreatown closed too...wonder if I am bad luck for pho shops?) The options are so deliciously overwhelming I haven't found one good standby...yet.
