As indicated before, please note that the causes are slightly different. Being a foodie and having lost a friend who worked at Windows on the World, I am more inclined towards giving to Windows of Hope as it benefits the restaurant workers that survived as well as the family members of those who perished from the restaurant.
 
The Dine for America is a general fund for all victims and families.
