I really do love the Blue Marlin, though I couldn't say why.
 
I say: skip everything but the spaghetti dishes. My favorite is the unagi (broiled eel) with teriyaki sauce over spaghetti.
 
A companion once had this shaved bonito spaghetti. When it came, the shavings I think had just been put on and they writhed and wriggled on the plate and made it look like the food was fighting to be free of the plate. I laughed like hell. She couldn't eat it.
