Although the outside is not much to write home about and the inside is a bit hokey and looks like something out of the 50's this place is a real gem.
I cannot rave enough about the delightful food at the Hortobagy! Excellent schnitzel, paprikash and lesczo not to mention the chestnut puree and crepes. If you love German/Hungarian food or have a hankering for old world charm this is the best!
