Tutorials

Hands-on lab-Presentation

90 minute hands on tutorial: MATLAB Link for Code Composer Studio Development Tools is now availiable. Register below for your copy.

The tutorial is comprised of a 45-minute overview describing strategies and benefits of linking host-side simulation environment to your DSP development environment and target processor, followed by a 45-minute lab session with predefined exercises.

This tutorial explains how MATLAB Link for Code Composer Studio Development Tools lets you connect to Code Composer Studio™ (CCS) from the MATLAB simulation environment and invoke powerful features to accelerate your DSP development process. You will learn how to transfer information to and from Code Composer Studio, and get information about data and functions stored in your signal processor memory and registers, as well as information about your CCS project.

Using relevant DSP applications and TI’s C6711DSK board, the lab will show you how MATLAB Link for Code Composer Studio Development Tools and Code Composer Studio may be employed in concert to allow you to debug, analyze, and verify design of your embedded application all from the MATLAB simulation environment.
