Geoff Colvin, FORTUNE's Editorial Director and the co-anchor of PBS's Wall Street Week, will be joined by renowned CEO advisor, Ram Charan, as moderators of the sessions. Building on the success of the 2002 FORTUNE Boardroom Forums, FORTUNE will hold a new two-city series.
