Job Description:
The paralegal will be responsible for assisting the
Law Department in fulfilling its many and varied responsibilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assist with negotiating, drafting and reviewing general
contracts.
• Work with licensing department to negotiate and draft
licenses.
• Review advertising materials to assure proper use
of trademarks.
• Participate in various aspects of new product development.
• Assist with HR matters.
• General Law Department administrative matters.
Required Experience:
• 2+ years as a paralegal (preferably in an in-house
position)
• Contracts, licensing, trademarks (HR is additional
positive but not required)
• WORD or WORD PERFECT
