A story published Tuesday in the Miami Metro section did not make clear that the city of Miami purchased land for the Model City Community Revitalization District Trust last year with $1.8 million in federal money earmarked for the trust. The land was bought on the recommendation of Gwendolyn Warren, who oversaw the trust projects first as director of the city's Department of Community Development, and later as executive director of the Trust.

An article on page 2B of Thursday's Herald gave an inaccurate dimension for a BMW Mini. The vintage car has 10-inch wheels, not 10-inch tires.

An article on the front page of Wednesday's Herald failed to specify...
An article on the front page of Wednesday's Herald failed to specify the time frame in a medical study involving women over 65 taking hormone therapy. The study tracked 4,532 women over four years. During that period, there were 40 cases of dementia among the women who had taken the hormones, and 21 cases in the placebo group. On an annual rate, that would mean that for every 10,000 women, 45 new cases of dementia would develop, of which 23 of those cases involved those taking hormones.
