To get started, we would recommend that you consider the following:

1. Family Coach. Find an impartial person, such as a Rabbi, pastor, or counselor you trust who you can meet with on a regular basis to discuss family and marriage goals. This should be someone you feel comfortable with. Your meetings can be weekly, monthly, or even quarterly, depending on your need. This person will be your Family Coach. 2. Family Web Sites. Consider making regular use of the resources available through one or two of the web sites listed on this page. These sites are an excellent source for helpful and encouraging ideas and tips. Sign up for regular e-mail news.
