The Following applies to "Spammers" only and does not effect legitimate Quzilla users and their questions, comments, problems or bug reports:
Contact Policy: Any email communication sent to any recipient based on the Quizilla.com system (e.g. any address ending in "@quizilla.com") must either be strictly related to operations of Quizilla.com (bug reports, questions, comment or administracive issues) or recipient must be initiator of email exchange.
Unsolicited Commercial Email messages that do not meet the above criteria are subject to the following actions: Payment of Contract Fees to the effect of $25 US Dollars Per email message beyond statutes outlined in Section 5, subsection A, paragraph 2 of H.R. 3113, plus a $25 fee for reporting failures in specified "Unsubscription"/"Opt Out" mechanisms (charged once per machanism per 30 day period), plus any applicable collection fees. Bill s.1618 does not protect the act of unsolicted commercial email as said bill has not been passed into law. H.R. 3113 does not protect the act of uncolicited commercial email beyond the provisions of Section 5, subsection A, paragraph 2. In sending unsolicited commercial email to any Quizilla.com address, you agree to be bound by the terms above.
