Coldwell Banker leader receives award

Patricia Dahne, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Miami-Dade County regional president, received the Valor Award from the American Diabetes Association for her community service.

Dahne was honored for initiating her firm's involvement in several organizations including the American Heart Association, Coconut Grove Arts Festival, Beaux Arts Festival, Race for the Cure and Viscayan Ball.

Windmill Reserve names consultant

Victor Posner Enterprises, the developer of Windmill Reserve At Weston, has named Carroll Jaskulski Jr. the community's sales management consultant.

Jaskulski will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing all sales and administrative staff, as well as managing the community's broker relationships and programs.

• Michelle Garcia-Allan, Monica LoMonaco, and Manuel Garcia have joined the Coral Gables branch of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell Realtors.

• Mary Beth Genovese has joined the Plantation office and Susan Friefeld the Weston office of Prudential Florida WCI Realty. Nine sales associates have been added to the Coral Gables office: Alfredo Felipe, Alejandro Cuellar, Ramiro Delgado, Daniel Abraira, Sandra Rotfort, Vivian Escala, Eva Lopez, Alex Ballina and Mario Chirino.
