Phone firms' plans cut off

Hell on Earth insists suicide plan is still on
A rock group says its concert Saturday in St. Petersburg will feature a live suicide. City officials are doing whatever they can to stop it.
When the word got out, people were stunned. The website of an obscure rock group called Hell on Earth said that a terminally ill person would commit suicide on stage this weekend during a performance in St. Petersburg.
