Two fixes, both are a pain
Q: After adding a few names to my Outlook Express Blocked Senders List, the names disappear rendering the device ineffective toward unwanted e-mails. How can I correct the situation to build up a permanent list once more?

Faxing can be a hangup
TECH Q&A Q: I can surf the Net but not send a fax. When I click Send, ''Communication port unavailable'' appears. I asked AOL, Dell and makers of my Phone Tools software, and they told me to reinstall the software, but I still have the problem.

`Critical updates' ignored
Q: Nearly every day I get a Critical Updates notification on my Windows 98 computer, download the update, and it says it's already been installed. I've found it frustrating trying to get support from Microsoft on this.
