Liz - "Longing for A-list stylee? Liz can solve your hair 'n' make-up moans!"

"I want to change my look"

I normally wear, pink lipgloss, powder and liquid foundation, black eyeliner and lilac cream eyeshadow. My skin is slightly tanned, I want to change my look for autumn - what do you suggest?

Donna, 17

Liz says...

If you have slightly tanned skin or an olive complexion, then the top shades for Autumn winter 2003 are perfect for you! Whether you go for a matte or gloss finish, scarlet is the big colour for lips on the Autumn/Winter catwalks. It's a strong colour so team the look with a little black eyeliner, but leave your eyelids nude.

If scarlet smackers ain't your thang, then dress up your eyes in shades of silver instead. Whether you choose a soft coat of creamy silver for daytime, or a more glitzy sparkley silver (perfect for Halloween party peepers), it is definately the shade to see and be seen in this autumn!

Finally, the good news for you Sarah, is that the 'pale and intresting' finish is no more and cheeks are once again bright and bronzed, glowing and sporting a healthy flush. To achieve this look, use a moisturising foundation for lighter coverage and use a cream bronzer to give a radient glow. Finish with a little red toned blusher on the apples of your cheeks!
