PSO Episode 3, Episode 1 & 2 Plus, and PSO Trilogy go on sale today in Japan. Along with the release of these new PSO products is a new comprehensive PSO website.

PSO EpisodeIII C.A.R.D. Revolution will be showcased in Japan in the Card Game 2003 festival in November 27, 2003. To celebrate this festival, ST will be giving out copies of EpisodeIII, Episode 1&2 Plus, Rappy Feather Balls, EpisodeIII C.A.R.D cards and the QUO cards shown below to participants of the festival.

Aren't the products enough to make you want to live in Japan? Too bad we'll never see them here in the US! And to those of you that are thinking: "Why do they always get the good stuff?!" Well, they did make the game people!

ST has posted that the new quest, Rappy's Holiday, is now up and active on PSOGC servers. The quest is classified under Retrieval and is an online quest playable for up to 4 people. We have a guide with maps for the quest. Just like the old DC version, it is possible to get a Heart of Poumn on the GC if you have the stone from the Gallon's Treachery quest and complete the sidequest in Rappy's Holiday where you have to deliver the fruit to Fukki's Grandma. And just like the DC version, it is also possible to get the Fragment of Friendship needed to advance to Forest 2 in this same quest in case you didn't get it from Gallon's Treachery. The Rappy Festival is on and everyone is invited to play all the minigames! Looking for materials? Get it in the Rappy Lottery minigame!

In addition to that, 2 new items, Music Disk 7 and Music Disc 3, are also available in the online Gallon's Shop quest! Be sure to check the new quest and item out! And also check out the screenshots of the new quest and join in the discussion in the forums!

Nice, you can now add special elements to your S-rank weapons on PSOX as well! Music Disc 6 is also now available for PSOX.

ST posted today announcing that a new quest will soon be up and online on PSOGC. Rappy's Holiday is coming to PSOGC Tuesday, November 18.

Rappy's Holiday is a online quest playable by 1-4 people and will be available under the Retrieval category. Some of you might remember that this quest was also available on PSODC. Items from the Gallon's Treachery quest such as the Rankina Stone and the Fragment of Friendship can be used in this quest. But we do not know the specifics and what the differences with this version there will be if there are any, so lets keep a look out when they are released!

It also seems that Gallons Shop will have a new item available so be on the look for that!

There will be server maintenance Tuesday, November 18 between 2pm and 5pm JP time to add the quests to the servers. Please end all online games before the scheduled maintenance and please do not connect to the servers during the maintenance.

We have a working Ver 2 Guide with maps available.

Just some Episode 3 news. ST posted more information about the Ep 3 keyboard and memory card. The special commemorative memory card will go on sale November 27th for 2,200 Yen. It also includes stickers which can be seen to the right of the memory card packaging below. The special commemorative keyboard will go on sale November 27th for 6,800 Yen!

ST also posted further news interesting news about Episode 3. Below is a picture of a jukebox machine which was shown at the Tokyo Game Show. Just a quick note to let you guys know that some Hallo Rappies are appearing visually as Love Rappies. Check this thread in our forums for more info. An advice from Baburbary on the matter:

"Make sure you play on a server whose lobbies are in Halloween mode. For whatever reason, the Antares and Deneb ships keep resetting themselves to normal mode. "

Update: The Halloween Lobby and online Pioneer Halloween quest were up briefly but were taken down. We'll keep you posted on when it'll be up again. However, according to members, the quest and lobby decorations are up and active on PSOX EU servers.

OniLink writes "According to IGN Cube, Hori will be releasing a PSO Episode III-themed Memory Card 251 with five cards pre-loaded on it. It will cost 2,200 Yen." Here is the full news from IGN:

To coincide with the Japanese release of Phantasy Star Online Episode 3, Hori will be releasing a special Memory Card 251 themed in the game. Hori tends to do this with all major games, but the difference this time is that something actually comes on the card from the outset!

Those who pick up the 2,200 yen memory card will find five special in-game cards already saved to memory and ready for use in the title. We're not sure if you'll be able to get these cards anywhere else, so big time fans of PSO may want to look into importing the Hori memory card.

Deltina_Wildfire writes "Sonic Team announced today on the PSOX Message of the Day that many updates had occured. The highly anticipated "Reach for the Dream" and "Seat of the Heart" quests were simultaneously released today (both under VR), as well as the holiday update for the lobbies.

The PSOX lobbies now feature pumpkins everywhere accompanied by flying bats and new halloween music.

Also, it appears that ST has confirmed the release of the Halloween Quest at the very end of the MOTD. PSOX players may access the special holiday quest between October 21st and November 11th!"

ST finally posted news today about the upcoming Halloween Quest. The Halloween Quest will be on PSOGC on Tuesday, October 21st and will last until Tuesday, November 4th. The lobby will change to the Halloween lobby at the same time as well. The quest will be an online Episode 2 quest and is playable for 1 to 4 people. Be on the lookout for Hallo Rappies in Normal to Ultimate Temple, and get your mag cells at the same time! You can follow these guides when hunting holiday rappies solo or multiplayer.
