AQU25A: Asian and Pacific Islander Queer and Questioning,
25 and Under All Together is a group about and run by young queer
and questioning Asians and Pacific Islanders (A&PIs;) who are aged
25 years and under. AQU25A holds drop-in groups on the
first, third and last Wednesdays of the month, 7:00p-9:00p. The
group serves as a safe space for young people to hang out. We hold
picnics, socials, parties, dances, retreats and other fun activities
throughout the year.

QUACK -- QUeer Asian & pacific Islander ChicKs -- is a support program
for Queer AΠ Young Women that envisions to help them make positive
changes in their lives, develop essential skills related to their
personal growth, and provide them with information to enable them
to make well-informed decisions about their health and well-being.
QUACK offers fun drop-ins, gatherings, picnics, workshops, trips
and more. Drop-ins are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month.

HOPE: Helping and Outreaching to Peers Everywhere is a program for
young AΠ who are currently involved in or at risk for becoming involved
in the juvenile justice system. Services are available office-based
or mobile: in the clients' homes, in clinics, Juvenile Hall, and outreach
settings where clients congregate. Skills building workshops focus
on issues of sexual health, juvenile justice system, domestic violence,
HIV/AIDS, safe sex, drug use, relationships, culture, and family dynamics.
Skills learned include anger management, negotiation, group facilitation,
public speaking, curricula development, decision making, critical
thinking, and peer counseling.

Case management services are available for AΠ youth in both HOPE
and AQU25A programs. The Youth Prevention Case Manager
uses a client-centered approach to assess a young personís needs and
to help her/him to obtain particular services. She is available to
meet young persons for one-on-one sessions on-site and off-site.

Training and Technical Assistance is provided to service providers
working with high risk AΠ youth. Training and Technical Assistance
includes clinical training, ongoing one-on-one consultation, case
conferences, and sensitivity/diversity trainings.
