A story in Saturday's Metro & State section about a $36 million Medicare fraud scheme erroneously linked a Miami-Dade retail nursery to the case. Defendant Alfredo Omar Rodriguez, and his wife, Orgita, were in the process of buying, and grew trees for, Forever Green nursery, 12100 SW 43rd St., but the sale never closed because agents seized the deposit. Orgita Rodriguez still operates Orulas, a wholesale nursery in the Redland. The longtime owners of Forever Green were not implicated in the case...
