Video Games: Square Enix brings Final Fantasy into the Internet age
On Oct. 10, 1990, a little known video game company called SquareSoft released what was to be its last game: Final Fantasy. It had released several role playing games that hadn't done so well. Suddenly, this final game started to make money. Enough to keep SquareSoft from going bankrupt. Now having merged, Square/Enix has created another chapter to the Final Fantasy series, Final Fantasy XI.
