Meditate on your own internal "videotape" sometime. Although we all want to be informed, it's healthy to occasionally turn off the noise of the news and listen to the sounds of silence. Read a book, pursue a hobby, talk with a child, play a game, walk your dog, take a hike, get your house in order. Give solitude a chance to have a calming effect on your mind and well-being.
