WHAT WE WANT:
We want the Scottish Executive to reconsider their ill advised plan to upgrade the existing A80 trunk road,which passes through the middle of Cumbernauld, to motorway, when there is a viable option for a bypass, which could be built in much less time, would cause little disruption during constructio... »more
WHY WE WANT IT:
For 30 years it was planned that when the M80 was built, it would be on a bypass route, to the north of Cumbernauld, where it would have a minimal effect on a small number of adjacent properties.
