WHAT WE WANT:
Magistrates should not be part of the Safety Camera Partnership and should be removed from the partnership.

The Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) should be sent out recorded delivery.


WHY WE WANT IT:
There is an obvious conflict of interest when magistrates are part of a very lucrative partnership. Further, these magistrates will take the police's records of posting the NIP as proof of issue, but when the accused who is presumed innocent until "proven" guilty does not receive the NIP the onus is... »more
