Responding to the increased visibility of
transgender people in workplaces across the United States, the Human
Rights Campaign Foundation’s WorkNet project has created a new
guide, Transgender Issues in the Workplace: A Tool for Managers,
to help employers understand and manage this emerging diversity concern.

Companies Offering Domestic Partner Benefits Increase Despite
Economic Challenges
U.S. businesses are continuing to extend domestic partner health
insurance benefits to gay and lesbian workers, according
to the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's new workplace report. The
report also shows a sharp increase in company policies prohibiting
