Shipping forecast
Prepared four times a day for broadcast on BBC Radio 4 at 0048, 0535, 1201 and 1754. All broadcasts are on LW on 1515 m (198 kHz), with some also on VHF (FM). They include a summary of gale warnings in force, a general synopsis, area forecasts, and coastal weather reports.
