PetitionOnline Email Insertions - Standard Pricing

Advertising in PetitionOnline outgoing email messages is currently $0.03 base price per message of up to fifty words, with a minimum placement of 10,000 messages. Up to 100,000 messages per week can be accomodated. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special Positioning

Special positions are available for your ad at the following rates:

  • Your ad appears at the beginning of the advertising section: Add $0.01 per message.
  • Your ad appears by itself -- between editorial items, and outside the advertising ghettos: Add $0.03 per message.
  • Your ad sponsors the newsletter -- it appears before the first editorial item, along with the wording "This issue sponsored by": Add $0.12 per message.

    Special Pricing

    Booking in advance allows you to predictably secure valuable PetitionOnline.com ad inventory. And by taking out a long-term ad placement with a minimum of 50,000 messages per month, you will be eligible for these discounts:

  •   1 months:    5% discount
  •   2 months:   10% discount
  •   4 months:   15% discount
  • 8 months:   20% discount
  • 12 months:   25% discount

    You may change the wording of the ad at any time.

    Submission Deadline & Payment Terms

    Deadline for submission is every Tuesday 12:00 noon (Pacific time). Running late? It never hurts to ask!

    Payment is due when the first placement runs, or monthly for extended placements.

  • We will fax or email an invoice, which you may pay by Visa, Master,
    American Express, or company check.
  • All prices are in US$ dollars.
  • After one month, we charge you 1% per month late payment service fee.
