Council Members

Richard Cloutier, one of Québec's best-known psychologists, is a professor of psychology at Université Laval as well as a researcher at Université Laval's Centre de recherche sur les services communautaires and the Centre de jeunesse de Québec-Institut universitaire. Dr. Cloutier's research, which focuses on children and youth, explores issues such as psychosocial development throughout life, parent-child relationships, youth in transition, and youth in difficulty. Dr. Cloutier obtained a master's degree in psychology from Université Laval and a PhD from McGill University.
