The Office for Lifelong Faith Formation is part of the Department for Educational and Formational Services. Staff members enhance parish life by developing leadership and providing training that helps parishes plan and maintain their own programs for adult formation and family growth. The resources and programs of this office respond to the needs identified by the Archdiocesan Synod and parish personnel, mandated by the gospel, and defined in Church documents.
