Building Services staff members at the Archbishop Cousins Catholic Center (ACCC) provide for the building's physical needs for employees, users of the facility, and resident priests. These services include maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, food service, resource center, and administration of these functions.

In addition to housing many archdiocesan central offices, the building is frequently used for conferences and meetings on weekdays, evenings and weekends. The ACCC facilities are available to archdiocesan and community groups whose purposes and missions are consistent with the philosophies of the archdiocese.

People interested in using meeting rooms, conference rooms, dining rooms, retreat rooms, or any other ACCC facilities can reserve space through the Office for Building Services.

The ACCC Retreat Center is situated in a park-like setting near the shore of Lake Michigan and offers:
