Pathways to Learning is a program of continuing professional development for catechetical and youth ministers. Pathways provides a way for those with parish or school responsibilities to obtain the support of a mentor, a chance to explore the theological foundations of ministry, and an opportunity to learn skills for leadership in ministry. In addition, Pathways can help a person map out an individualized plan to achieve Archdiocesan Certification in Religious Education.
