Art Wigchers, a St. Joseph Wauwatosa parish member, traveled to East Africa as an Ambassador of Hope with Catholic Relief Services in the fall of 2003. He visited Uganda and Ethiopia where his findings on HIV/AIDS, civil war, and famine have been summarized in a compelling 30 minute power-point presentation.
