Software-Hardware: Recycling PCs - Agencies Providing and Accepting

Disposing of obsolete PCs and other computer hardware is becoming an increasing problem for parishes and schools. The list below identifies three agencies that are willing to accept donations of used hardware. These agencies also provide refurbished hardware to schools and possibly parishes at a low cost. Also, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections will recycle equipment with little residual value.

However, if you're simply trying to dispose of stray computer hardware that has no value, you may want to take advantage of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections computer recycling program. Pickup locations for this program are available throughout our area, and are listed on their web site.
