Scheduled for Sunday, December 23rd,
2001. At approximately 11:00-11:30 am on Sunday, we will all meet on the Spring Lake side of Lake Como (Lake Como, runs from Ocean Ave. to 3rd Ave./Main St. between Spring Lake and Belmar respectively) at or near Ocean Ave. to be together and remember Paulie with his family. Sometime between 11:45 am and 12:15 on Sunday a banner plane will fly down and over Paulies favorite beaches. Spring Lake, where he and his family have made thier home, and Belmar, where Paulie also resided, played, and even saved a life as a Belmar lifeguard while in training for the New York City Fire Department. But instead of the usual summertime banners we are all familiar with that go up and down the shore, this banner will turn at Lake Como delivering a much more sincere message to all those in attendance. It will be that of support and remembrance during the holidays for Paulie's family and friends. Anyone who would like to be thier is more than welcome, but if you know the Keatings or Jeff personally please try to be thier early as we should have some cards going around to be signed and given to Paulies family. This page covers basically all the information we have about this day. To our knowledge, this is basically being arranged and financed by Jeff, for the Keating family and friends. If you still have any thoughts/concerns or would like to contribute in some way, then please feel free to Contact Us via email or phone. Todd Vitelli, Belmar, NJ Please see our Original Story for more details about Paulie and pictures. |
