Installation Assistance
M7 products include 30 days of free installation related support for all registered customers. Customers experiencing installation problems may contact support@m7.com.

Incident Support Package
NitroX for JSP, $60
NitroX for Struts, $100
NitroX for JSF, $140

• An Incident Support Package includes 3 incidents
• 1 named contact per Incident Support Package
• An Incident Support Package is valid for 1 year from the time of purchase for an active M7 product subscription

M7 hosts a free online forum at http://forums.m7.com. This forum is freely available to all registered customers and allows for a medium to ask questions, exchange answers and ideas related to M7 products. Submitting a Support Incident
To submit an incident support request, please click here to go to the submit form or send an email to support@m7.com. Be sure to include the following information:

• Contact name/phone number
• Customer email (required)
• Incident Support Package Order ID (Required. To view your Order ID, open NitroX and select the menu: "Help > NitroX License"
• Company name
• M7 product name and version information
• Problem description
• Steps to reproduce problem
