• Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.


• To receive proper credit, all returns to M7 must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA number). You can obtain an RMA number at https://www.shopm7.com.


• The product license must be deactivated if it has already been activated. Deactivation must be executed from within the product and is available from the product "Help > NitroX License" menu item. Deactivation requires an active internet connection and the ability to connect to M7 servers.


• Deactivation must be successfully verified by M7.
