WSIP December 2004 Status and Progress Report

In May 2002, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission working with its 29 wholesale partners in Alameda, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties approved a $3.6B Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to repair, replace and seismically upgrade the Hetch Hetchy system’s aging pipelines, tunnels, reservoirs and dams.
