E-mail distribution lists (also called listservs) are a simple yet effective way to communicate with your peers across the country and around the world. You can ask questions, offer advice, engage in group discussion, or rapidly disseminate action alerts--all through Internet e-mail.
E-mail lists are organized around a specific topic, and interested readers subscribe via their own e-mail address to monitor and contribute to the ongoing discussion.
