Joyent wants to ensure that our customers have a uniquely simple and seamless installation and use experience. Our concierge service makes this goal a reality.

Each concierge service customer will have a Joyent concierge representative on site to help set up the Joyent Connector. The Joyent concierge will make sure that you know how to use the Joyent applications, help you migrate your legacy data, and set up your PCs.

And for one year, the Joyent concierge representative will be available any time you need assistance with your Joyent Connector.

Joyent recognizes that we can only be successful if you, our customers, are successful with the Joyent Connector. And, to be honest, we understand we cannot anticipate every possible situation in advance. Our concierge program gives us the ability to quickly resolve unanticipated issues and keep our customers happy. Concierge service ensures that our early customers will be truly delighted with Joyent.
