be able to substitute identical items into the order because our items are unique.

that items ordered online will be available for fulfillment. Ordered items that
cannot be fulfilled will be canceled from orders, and customers will not be

Product Guarantee. However, Jewelry that has been resized, engraved, altered,
or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a return unless the item was engraved or
resized by ztradingpost. Non-jewelry items that have been damaged or subject
to attempted repairs will not be accepted for return.
