Vital communities, animated by the Spirit of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, are prevalent throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, where all are actively involved in learning no matter what their age or abilities. Technology is widely used by all for learning and communication. Young adults are empowered to continue transforming the world into a more just society. Youth are involved in apprenticeships of Christian life focusing on leadership and discipleship. Communities, working together, are enlivened by children and youth participating in schools and catechetical programs. These programs reflect a comprehensive approach to Christian formation based on parent and family involvement and effective learning strategies. Sacraments are being celebrated by the communities; the Gospel is being proclaimed in all aspects of learning and service so that it is perceived as Good News.
