Services: Hispanic/Latino Support Services - Catholic Charities

A service of Catholic Charities' Persons of Diverse Cultures Ministries

Communication is one of the most important basic links between people. It is the way we share our thoughts, feelings and needs.

But sometimes, barriers get in the way of effective communication. Lack of knowledge of the English language, for example, can be a barrier. So is unfamiliarity with procedures by the community, such as the educational, judicial and health care systems.

Removing such barriers is the purpose of the Latino/Hispanic Support Services program provided by Catholic Charities. By assisting the non-English speaking members of the Latino/Hispanic community to better communicate and understand, we help solve problems.

PDFs of the Support Services for the Latino/Hispanic Community brochure are available below in English and Spanish.
