 About Email

Web Mail
EarthLink Web Mail is a fast, easy way to access your email from any Internet-connected computer in the world. Whether you are at a cafe, in a library, at work or at home, with EarthLink Web Mail, your email is never far. Your email address and password are all you need. Check it out at http://webmail.earthlink.net, or click the Web Mail link beside the mail truck on myEarthLink.

Email Client
An email client is a program that runs on your computer and retrieves your email for you. Unlike Web Mail, your client copies your messages onto the hard drive of your computer where they can be easily manipulated. EarthLink offers the EarthLink MailBox, an email client for Windows users which is integrated into its TotalAccess 2003 software package. It is a feature-rich email program with great tie-ins to the rest of EarthLink's software. You could also use Outlook Express, or any other client you choose when accessing your EarthLink email.

How do I open my email client?
It looks like you're using Netscape . If this is correct follow the instructions below. If you have a different browser, click here for a list of instructions for all browsers. If you're not sure what browser you have, look at "About..." under the Help menu in your browser. If you use the EarthLink MailBox, just click on "Mail" in the Total Access 2003 task panel.
