Steps to file a return:
- You must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Number)
from us. To get an RMA number, please contact
us and include the order number or item number
along with instructions that you want to return
an item. Please also include a reason for the return.
If you believe that the item was damaged during
shipment, please include that information as well.
- We will reply between 1-2 days with an RMA number.
All returned items require an RMA number. The item
must also be returned to the originating store.
- After you receive an RMA number from us, the item
is ready to be returned to us.
- Include the RMA number on the return and ship
the item back to the originating store address shown
on your packing list. If you ordered multiple items,
please make sure that the item you're returning is going back to
the proper location.
- The return must be packed with the original packaging
materials. Affix the Returned Merchandise Shipping
Label firmly to the package and include within the
package a completed return form with the RMA number
(which is the center section of your packing list).
You are responsible for all freight charges. The
returned item must be received by the appropriate
store.

you have additional questions or want to discuss
a return with us.
Sales Tax
Sales tax on returned items is refundable, but tax on
shipping and gift-wrapping charges is not refundable.
When are Refunds Applied?
After we have credited the credit card that was used to
make the online purchase, please allow time for the credit
to appear in the billing cycle (2-5 business days). We will also
notify the buyer via email that has applied a credit to the credit card.
