Essential Support is a new range of managed support offerings delivered by Microsoft and sold via our Business Partner network. These provide direct access to the best technical expertise and training services available, and 24x7 problem resolution.

Tailored for Enterprise customers, this flexible customisable service offers you access to the highest levels of expertise direct from Microsoft, including technical support services and information services. You also get access to a Technical Account Manager, so you can maximise business value and minimise total cost.

Microsoft Professional Support

Incident-based support for businesses that do not need pro-active support management because they may already have dedicated internal resources.
